"Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise so I am changing myself." - Rumi

Hey I’m Loz, my pronouns are they/them.

I believe that to create a nurturing space where you feel safe and open to explore the challenges that have brought you to counselling, I need to be the most genuine and empathetic version of myself I can be.

Sharing my humanness with you is important to me and this is what guided me to become a Person-Centred counsellor.

I believe that in the absence of judgement and the presence of compassion,

kindness and acceptance, it’s possible for you to heal and grow and find a more connected way of being with yourself and the world around you.

I deeply value the importance of working in an ethically rooted way and I am an LGBTQ+ affirmative counsellor, with considerable training and experience in this area gained from working for an LGBTQ+ counselling service. I am trained in working with and welcome people from all areas of intersectionality.
